With the development of miniaturization and precision of electronic products, SMT patch proofing has also obtained opportunities for rapid development, and there are more and more types of smd components suitable for SMT processing. For friends who are not very familiar with the electronic processing industry, some common and similar SMD components are easier to confuse, such as capacitor, resistors, and inductor.


Distinguish capacitance, resistance, and inductance:

1. SMD inductor: the internal structure has a coil structure.

2. SMD resistance: The resistance value of the inductor used in SMT processing is relatively small, and the resistance value of the resistor is relatively large.

3. Color: black is a smd inductor; black is a smd tantalum capacitor used in precision equipment SMT, other smd capacitor are not black.

4. SMD inductor: The model code starts with L, and the shape is round or the resistance at both ends is a few tenths of ohms. SMD capacitor: start with C

5. Detect the back and forth deflection phenomenon of the pointer of the patch electric multimeter, and there is no patch inductance.

6. The shape of the component is polygonal, especially when it is round, it is generally regarded as an inductor.
