1) Bypass
The bypass capacitor is an energy storage device, which provides energy for the local device, so that the output of the regulator is evened, and the load demand is reduced. The bypass capacitor should be close to the power supply pin and ground pin of the load device to reduce impedance. Prevent the input value from being too large and causing the ground potential to raise the noise.
2) Decoupling
Also known as decoupling. From the circuit, it can be divided into: drive power and driven load. If the load capacitance is large, the driving circuit must charge and discharge the capacitance to complete the signal jump. When the rising edge is steep, the current is large, and large power supply current will be absorbed. Due to the inductance, this resistance current is a kind of noise relative to the normal situation, which affects the normal operation of the previous stage, which is "coupling".

3) Filtering
Filtering is the process of charging and discharging. Most of the capacitor over 1μF are electrolytic capacitor.
